The 1980s/1990s receivers a different breed - defenses had more leeway in defense making passing and receiving much more difficult than the current era. Having said that ther are really three or four teams that typically have dominant receiver performances when they are selected: the Houston Oilers, San Francisco 49ers, and Miami Dolphins.

*William "Force Feed" Baucom ran high powered passing offenses almost exclusively for an entire decade - his two seasons with the Oilers saw an unbelievable amount of catches while his Seahawks seasons was one of the best "underpowered" runs in our Tecmo history - Brian would be the MVP that year helping the Seahawks to an 11-5 finish and SuperBowl appearance.
